Why Dr. Karm Jandoo founded Glasgow's most patient-focused dental practice

Fresh out of dental school, Dr. Karm Jandoo was trained to be clinical and efficient. But through his early career experiences, he recognised that whilst technical excellence was essential, something equally important was often overlooked: the human connection between dentist and patient.

The realisation wasn't a single moment, but a growing understanding: the most transformative part of dentistry in Glasgow was happening in the conversations before treatment began.

West Dental was founded to create a space where dentistry feels different. We're here to demonstrate that warmth, empathy, and human connection aren't just "nice-to-haves" but are essential components of excellent healthcare. Our mission is to restore not just smiles, but confidence in a caring, patient-first approach to dentistry.
